This 1-1.5 hour class will review the principles behind the plant-based diet and provide general instruction on how to execute it. It is taught in small group format, with a maximum of 4 students per class. We will review:

  • The general science and benefits behind plant-based eating
  • How to construct a healthy, plant-based diet
  • Supplements
  • How to stock your plant-based pantry
  • Recipes to get started
