This 1-1.5 hour interactive class will review fundamentals of healthy, plant-based cooking, and recipes will be included.  It is taught in small group format, with a maximum of 4 students per class.  We will review:

  • Oil-free sauté techniques
  • How to make easy soups
  • How to make easy salads, including techniques to create healthy dressings
  • How to cook beans
  • Use of herbs and spices

Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.
