I really enjoyed the plant based cooking class that Dr. Johnson provided. It shattered the illusion that whole food eating needs to be difficult or overly expensive. She was able to provide education on everything from cooking techniques to why whole food eating is so beneficial to our overall wellness. I have been working with Dr. Johnson for over a month now. She has, truly, changed my eating habits to a plant base lifestyle.
